It was an absolutely pleasant experience. Everyone was very good at communicating, and accommodating to my wants and needs with the ring. The ring itself looks absolutely stunning, and I can not wait to give it to my girlfriend. The entire team was very friendly, and were very good with updates. The whole process was super quick too!
