I couldn't be more happy! I was really nervous designing my own signet ring. I worked with two different design leads, Carolina and Jesse, and both made me feel very comfortable with my change requests. They always responded back to my requests in a very timely manner (even over the Christmas holiday, which I wasn't expecting, but appreciated).
I was glad the site allowed me to download pictures and my drawings, as ugly as they were.
I felt I was a very picky customer and I wasn't sure how that would be received. I was very pleased how they handled my requests. It's almost like I could feel a smile on their faces as I read their responses to each request. Teşekkür ederim!!
