What is the best case of “hold my earrings” moment that you've witnessed?
I had a friend from Ghana as well as a friend from Spain. Both were living in close quarters together. The friend from Spain kept walking around with this feisty attitude. For some reason, she wanted everyone around her to think she was tough. She was 5'3, petite and was raised in a literal church back in her country. My friend from Ghana was 5'11, had a thick frame, but she was all muscle. She was raised in the hood. Ghana was very street smart. She was also highly motivated, riuscito, and sweet as could be. Why Spain wanted to mess with her is beyond me.

I'm not trying to gloat about how “tough" my friend Ghana was. We all come from bad situations. Ghana was just the type who did not take anyone's shit. She learned early on how to defend herself.
