Consideri un peccato per un cristiano indossare orecchini o gioielli??

NO.
La mia risposta si allontanerà dalla tua domanda, ma per un motivo. Spero che tu non sia arrabbiato per questo.
OK, tutto ciò che consuma una persona o diventa la sua identità può essere problematico.
La mia storia:
I was married to a man (9 anni fa) that inherited money. He went crazy! He couldn’t acquire enough clothes, Anelli, watches, automobili (5) to make him happy and he loved to show off (so embarrassing). This compulsion eventually turned into an obsessive disorder and hoarding. He refused to get help!
Every part of our house was full of his clothes except my closet. This made him furious!
He really wanted that space!
I was very sick at the time which meant that he had a little less money for buying clothes. He couldn’t handle sharing with me any longer and refused to buy me food. “It’s against my policy to take care of someone who’s not working,” he said.
He began to eat all his meals out so I had to call friends and beg for food.
Finalmente, he divorced me. I think it was that closet he had to have.
In 2 years he spent $200,000 + on ‘stuff’ to show off.
Sad isn’t it how things can take over your life.
The richest people I know do the most for others. They don’t boast or make out that they are superior in any way.
I was raised to be neat and dress as well as I can within my means and I do. The few flashy pieces of jewelry are fun to wear for celebrations like Christmas, Pascha (Pasqua), Weddings and such. Those occasions are ones where I don’t stand out by myself.
