Before inlaying gemstones, the craftsmanship of viewing, placing, shoveling and positioning must be done carefully, carefully and carefully.

(1) Viewing the stone and wax model First, observe the shape and specifications of the gemstone according to the technical requirements of the order; observe whether the wax model matches the order and the gemstone to be set, and whether the quality and quantity of the gemstone are wrong.

(2) Place the stone with a flat spatula dipped in the ink clay dot, and place it at the setting position to see whether the gemstone fits the setting position, whether the length of the claw is appropriate, and whether the depth of the pit matches the setting. What problem needs to be solved.

The depth of the pit depends on the thickness of the stone. When there are multiple stone inlays, the pit position should be symmetrical and the stone plane should be consistent.

(4) Positioning Positioning is to use the gems to be set to measure the setting position after shoveling the pit. If there is no defect, it will enter the setting process (stone, solid).
