I was so thrilled with the entire experience Christine and the rest of the CustomMade team provided me. Meylan (my jewelry consultant) was incredibly patient and helpful as I decided what I wanted my Bridal set to look like. She helped me think through all the various options and provided consistent feedback on my design. Alex, my concept artist, sketched the first few renditions of my ideas and had a quick turnaround time as I requested revisions. Seeing my ideas come to life in Alex’s sketches was such an exciting part of the process! Brian, my Gem Expert, was very helpful in helping me find the specific shade of blue I was hoping for in my accent stones and I’m thrilled at the quality of the stones in my final piece. Kyrstynne, my Design Lead, really helped my vision come to life. Seeing the renders of my rings really helped me make the final decisions on what I wanted them to look like, and she was very patient and helpful as I requested re-design after re-design. I sometimes needed a few days (or longer) to make a decision on design changes, and the entire team was always accommodating to my schedule. The entire process felt very low pressure, and like the entire team only wanted me to be thrilled with the final piece. Christine, my production lead, rounded off the process with professionalism and timely updates on finishing my piece as it came to life.
Overall, I was absolutely thrilled with the quality and professionalism of every step of the process CustomMade provided. I never felt pressured to buy, and there were no “salesman” tactics at any point in the process. The experience I had was very personable, and I felt the entire team truly listened to my ideas and that their main goal was to make sure I was 100% happy with my final rings. I would absolutely recommend CustomMade to anyone looking for a special, one-of-a-kind engagement ring or bridal set.
