How do I remove stuck earring back that is still in my ear?

Best bet – go to a piercer. If not available, go to a non-squeamish friend. The chances are that it’s infected, swollen and painful, especially when touched. It’s also really difficult to deal with when you can’t see what you’re doing, and you’re just torturing yourself.
But… if push comes to shove… if you’re isolated on a desert island and there’s nothing to be done, eat something sugary, sit somewhere comfortable where you won’t hurt yourself if you pass out; take a deep breath, grasp the front of the earring, and pull it as firmly as you need to. Fill any gap between the front of the earring and your ear with your fingers, to try to prevent the earring back trying to follow through. If the back of the earring is still embedded in your ear, after recovering enough from the first intense pain, put your thumb against the front of your ear where you’ve liberated the earring, fold your ear around it and push. It may be that enough will come out to grasp with the nails of your other hand. But you’re going to have to be butch about this. It’s likely to really, really hurt. Clean it really well afterwards, regularly, until it heals.
Following is how I did with my delicate ears after piercing. Your ears will easily be infected if you choose bad earrings.
- Giving my experience, the hooks are better to be pure silver or gold or plated. This material will not easily generate pus. As long as the hook’s material is good, I can choose many styles of earrings, but they must be lightweight coz you don’t want your delicate ears to burden so much weight.
- But you can simple use small plastic/wooden stick (you can cut it from toothpick or floss or anywhere else). This looks not so nice but it’s even better than any precious metals if your ears are really really delicate. But you need to change these sticks like every four days for the sake of hygiene.
- You can combine 1 & 2.
Hope this helps.
