Lilac purple jade is an aggregate of microscopic scale-like lepidolite. The color is rose or lilac purple, lilac gray to gray. From pearl to silk. Guicui is Guizhou jade. It is a slightly transparent siliceous rock. It is light green with glass luster.

Guicui was discovered by Guizhou Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources and other units in the 1960s and was investigated. Although the color is green and moist, it resembles jadeite, after being tried by the Beijing Jade Factory and Suzhou Jade Factory in 1983, it was considered “more sand holes” and it was a low-grade jade.

A natural green quartzite found in Wulateqian Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has a composition that is quite similar to Tanglinite from Beijing, Miyu from Henan and Guicui from Guizhou, and has its own unique features. Because it is produced near Shetai Town and is green like emeralds, it is named Shetaicui.

She Taicui is produced in the Mesoproterozoic Zhaertai Group and is a sedimentary metamorphic quartzite. The main mineral composition is quartz (about 89%) and a small amount of muscovite and sericite. Small particles, uniform particle size, compact structure, fine texture, relatively transparent, semi-greasy luster. The hardness is 7, which is a mid-range jade material. The jade carvings made with it are crystal clear, emerald green, and very cute.
