Absolutely unbelievable experience. From the beginning the Custom-made team was nothing short of amazing. They really made me feel involved in process, no matter how small the change I requested, there was never even a hint of attitude from the representatives. I know this reads like a fake review but, honestly I am absolutely blown away. The ring itself came out so perfect I can’t believe this all started as a pencil sketch. I cannot wait to see the look on my future fiancé face when she sees it.
