④ Observe close to the light source. The transparency of real pearls is often better than that of fake pearls, and it reflects the feeling of moisture; fake pearls have a rough and dry feeling.

(2) Sensation: It is a method of feeling through organs such as hands and tongue. Real pearls produce a kind of coolness by hand. Rub lightly with your hands or rub lightly with the edge of your teeth. Those who feel smooth are artificial beads, and those with uneven texture or sandy feel are real pearls.
