They gave me a few ideas of where to start in the desin process by asking me pertinant questions about my future wife and ideas i had in mind. Very soon after i was presented with several artists renderings. I was able to pick and choose the different design elements that I liked from each design as well as adding my own ideas. I must have given them at least 50 different design changes and or alterations. They let me be the boss and promptly adjusted the designs and sent me renderings for my approval.
They also provided me with several ideas that added a depth and very unique personal touches that truly make this ring a symbol of our relationship.
There is no guess work or hidden fees, as they layed out all choices and prices for me, even letting me decide the price and how i could make that happen.
When i finally was ready to commit to the design i made my down payment and they began the production process immediately. I was notified and walked through all the steps and was always in the loop. And after i made my final payment the ring was shipped out and recieved within 2 дни.
Finally seeing the ring in person in the unique beautiful wooden ring box, all my expectations were surpassed. The attention to detail and quality were even better than i could have hoped for.
