It would be worth the weight of the .925 стерлинг, plus the (hard to calculate) weight of the unknown fineness Gold, times the current scrap melt prices; at a pawn shop. Sometimes the gold plating is so thin it isn’t worth anything to the pawnbroker. Sometimes a mark of 1/20 или 1/10, say 14k or 18k “ГП” can add up to a surprising amount of gold, that you should demand something for. As jewelry however – it is worth more at a retail store – as the silver and gold content would be calculated using the current spot metal prices (what it cost the jewelry maker to purchase) multiplied by a mark up of perhaps 300% (to pay for the labour, накладные расходы, plus profit margin). If it has the name or mark of a famous designer or jeweller..or is antique…or has an interesting history (J.F.K. then Tupac owned it)…or is so attractive everyone notices it…then the sky’s the limit for prices. Whatever someone is willing to pay.
“925” is a SILVER mark. It means the article is “925 fine” or 925 parts in a thousand (92.5%) of pure silver and the rest is alloy. Gold is marked in karats (кт) и 24 kt is pure gold, так 18 kt is 75% чистое золото, 12 kt is 50% золото, and so forth. So if you have an article that appears to be gold but is marked “925”, it means it is sterling silver (925 is sterling) and has a gold plating.
