I was very happy with the service! The final product that I got was so beautiful; it really was perfect! My fiancé loved it when he saw it, and what I saw in the designing phase is really what I got when I received the ring.
The shipping was very quick; it was only about 2 days after I made the final 1/2 payment. It was very well packed. It had some extra security tape on it, bubble wrap, and it also came with an envelope about a gem warranty, care, and the little finishing touches. The box itself that it came in was cute and well-made.
At every step in the process, производство, 3D model, concept art, and the jewelry pieces… they always informed about what was going on, and the customer service was always very warm; I liked that a lot! And they really did stand true to the promise that they would always edit and tweak until you were 100% satisfied with each and every phase of the process. They were always happy to answer and of your questions or take additional feedback. One of my biggest critiques though is how thoroughly the messages were read as well as the obviously canned messages that were used. The canned messages were often related to what I was asking about, so they were often helpful, but they usually didn’t answer the full question that I had. And the other thing that was frustrating at times was that the questions or messages that I sent were often not fully read. Например, I said I wanted trees and an inscription on my ring… The trees were added, but the design people would forget to add the inscription as well. Так, maybe there’s a language gap? I found that they often replied to messages at odd hours like 2 am or something depending on the person, so I have a feeling that language might be an issue as well as not reading all of the way through.
What I did to correct this issue was I would edit pictures, and I would attach those pictures. I’d ask the design person to read my notes that I edited into the pictures and such that way they really had to slow down to read all of my notes to make sure every detail I wanted was correctly incorporated. Так, these issues slowed down the speed at which I was able to get the ring made, and added a little frustration. Но, снова, looking at the finished product – totally worth every bit! And also again, the staff were warm the entire time. They would apologize for missing the detail and would compliment about how carefully I was planning my ring for my fiancé. Так, the service was still quite good even if communication was a bit difficult.
The people were always very prompt to respond when I sent them messages. Always within a 24 hour period. Often much sooner though if we were actually both on waking hours – normally more like 2 или 3 hours in response time.
Before moving on to each phase, the people were good about making sure you reviewed everything and was happy before moving onto the next stage. The concept sketch people, the 3D model people, and the production people are quite skilled in what they do. They really do seem to be able to make a VERY custom ring with basically anything you can imagine! It’s wonderful! The jewelry consultant that you start out with makes lovely suggestions and helps get you the particular colors that you are wanting, makes sure that you are informed about the durability of the ring, and offering to help source gems if desired.
And a final note… I was really nervous about this online site selling custom jewelry like this because I thought it might’ve been a scam, especially since you needed to pay a deposit before getting into things too deeply.
