Hi there I’m Kevin. I want to share my experience with everyone, Especially those of you who are looking for that specific ring for their significant other.
I spent over two months searching online at local shops for that perfect ring that matched the picture in my mind, one I knew she would love forever. Custom made kept popping up in my searches and I finally made the decision to see what they had to offer as they were not local to me at all. I live in Alberta Canada and quite frankly I was very sceptical about ordering a ring online.
The more I looked into their website the more intrigued I was, and found myself quite comfortable with the process. I had found a few pictures online that matched the vision I had in my head for what I wanted this ring to look like. I attach those and sent them in to see what their response would be. Within about a half an hour I had a very professional response from one of the representatives in which was very happy to answer all my questions. Because of the restrictions, but more so because I live in another country a few thousand kilometres away from their location, we scheduled an online video chat where I met with their representative and discussed things in detail on a more personal level.
I was very happy with the results of this meeting and decided to go forward. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I was very involved in the process with every fine detail being approved by me before they move forward with anything at all. This was very comforting. They provided me with timelines that they met on schedule or sometimes early, every time.
I had one moment of confusion throughout the whole experience, and this was due to me forgetting about the exchange rate. This little detail had me picking apart everything for about 48 ore. During this time they were very professional and quick to respond, reassuring me that everything is still as planned, and putting my mind at ease (the difference in exchange was minor and was not concerned about the cost, I’m just very analytical).
The rest of the experience was a breeze. They sent me photos and drafting’s of what the rain would look like based on what I was giving them for information. They nailed it! They took me through the moulding and casting process, Sending me updates as each were taking place and completed. They asked me about the finishing on the metals and sent me pictures of examples.
Then the day has finally come that the ring was ready. They sent me a message notifying me and included pictures of the ring in its finished state. It was perfect! I could not be happier with how They took an image from my mind and made it into flawless completed product.
I thank them (custom made and all who were involved in the process) for making the experience so great.
The ring was shipped and made it to my mailbox on the exact estimated delivery date.
