I don’t even know where to begin with this review. If I could give CustomMade more than five stars, I absolutely would! I’ve had the idea for this signet ring for months now and explored different options, but no one seemed to understand exactly what I wanted. Then I finally discovering CustomMade. Right from when I created an enquiry to the day this ring was delivered, they have been not only professional and timely, but kind, friendly, and infinitely patient. I must have gone back and forth changing and deciding on different things. And this wasn’t because they did things wrong, but rather they created different options to help ME decide what I wanted. And through it all, they were so sweet and never once were exasperated with me, even if I got exasperated with myself! Everything about my ring is 1000% perfect. I feel the team at CustomMade were as excited about my project as I was! When I received my ring, my hands were shaking opening the box and I actually cried a little when I finally saw it in person. It’s now one of the most precious things I own. My mom and sister both fell in love with it, and I will definitely be back to create something unique for each of them!
