Os brincos que gosto me parecem femininos quando os uso. Olhando agora há pouco para onde tenho alguns brincos, há alguns aros, um par que parece flores, um par pendurado com algumas pérolas falsas. Para mim, these feel feminine to wear. I think they’re generally interpreted as feminine by others, though some pairs more than others.
But I know women who present in more androgynous or butch ways that wear earrings that do not in any way seem feminine on them. One example I can think of is the kind of heavy grade steel captive-bead rings that piercing shops use for some kinds of body piercings. They can be used for ear piercings, but they don’t typically read to me as feminine at all, especially on someone who isn’t otherwise presenting as femme. There are other kinds of ear cuffs, anéis, and studs that don’t read to me as feminine either.
There’s no absolute standard for what is or is not feminine. Something might feel feminine to me when I wear it and feel not at all feminine to someone else who wears it. Which is just fine. But in general, earrings can be feminine, but definitely don’t have to be.

And also there’s Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon(2000) which looks considerably better than almost any of Hollywood’s biggest period pieces.
