What piece of jewelry do you wear every day?

I wear the following items daily and I basically don’t take them off at all:
Silver chain with a celtic knot pendant on it like this
My mother got it for me when she went to Riga, Latvia, once and it’s also a Baltic symbol for everlasting life, or some such. Anyway, she got it for me, it resonates with me and I wear it all the time.
Three silver rings. I wear my partner’s silver ring on my left index finger (he wears mine on a leather chain around his neck), my mother’s ring on top of it so it doesn’t escape and a silver ring made especially for me with a hematite stone set in it that I had made in 2012. One of my friends made it for me.
Wooden flesh tunnels. I have stretched earlobes and if I leave them out for longer than two days, they will start to close.
All my items apart from the hematite ring above, my flesh tunnels and my partner’s ring, were gifts. I really love sterling silver and all my jewelry is shiny and sparkling because I don’t take it off to shower.
For me, jewelry isn’t just decoration. It’s a sign of who you are, what you like and a sign of your means. I value randomly bought items far less than items that have been gifted to me by my closest family and friends. I have a rock crystal and silver pendant, but I hardly ever wear it – it’s too big and ostentatious for everyday wear and I’ve only worn it out twice. In addition, even though I own way more jewelry than I wear daily, I don’t think I should wear silver bangles or large hoop earrings because I don’t see why everyone has to know I can afford it.
If I had to, I could give up all my other jewelry and not cry over it.
