I had a wonderful experience with Custom Made. I had a pendant made, the design team was fantastic, everyone was! When I received the piece there was some miscommunication on the size. They remade it in a timely fashion and now it’s perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They are not the least expensive, but worth the money for the service and quality. I highly recommend.
