I had a good start to the process of making my engagement ring. However what I recieved was tiny. Super tiny. Couldnt see any of the details I meticulously went over for weeks with my designer. They never asked me how thick or big the ring should be. Only asked ring size. So I was so depressed I reached back out you guys took it back and said “We strive for exellence and wont stop till I get what I want” I was happy. Until we went through the process again. And it was coming down to the wire to when I was gonna propose. Long story short we fixed what we needed to and when I got the ring back. The main focal point of my ring isnt what I wanted. I wanted a chocolate diaomond underneath my main stone and for it to be viewed from the top down view through the stone. Sent it back because of that, some scuff marks on the ring, and the inscription inside was sideways and illegible. Come to find out a week later it didnt have a chocolate stone like I asked. They forgot to put it in and sent it to me. The person doing the quality inspection and the lady working with me to get this all fixed said it came out perfect….. she lied. She never looked at it. If she did like she said she did she wouldve seen the chicken scratch on the inside of the ring and all the missing details I wanted to ask for my money back. Or at least get a partial refund. So I am hoping someone here sees this review and gets back to me to figure something out. Because the inscription on the inside is still messed up and another detail isnt correct. I AM JUST OVER DEALING WITH THE PEOPLE I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACY WITH THIS WHOLE TIME.
