Short answer is pretty much get someone to help you, get the right kind of tools you need, find a way to adapt to it, or cut your nails some.
You don’t have to cut them off completely, you can still keep them mid length. People don’t know how hard this honestly is! The struggle is REAL!

You can order the tools online that professionals use. Just off the top of my head I know LuLus Body Jewelery has a really nice ball holder. I’m not sure if anyone else does, probably. It’s a really helpful thing to have if you deal with balls!! Screwing them on is impossible with nails! This is great for that. There’s other tools too, if you wanna still keep your nails long that would be a really good investment. I’m not sure how much they are, you could check Amazon or something like that.
