. Each of the representatives, Ella (consultant), Rosebud (diseño), Chermalyn (producción) were extremely professional and capable. We went from concept through design and production smoothly and efficiently even though we hardly knew exactly how to express what we wanted before we started. We ended up with exactly the right thing for what we had hoped for – heirlooms that truly communicate our intentions, motivations and the learning from our experiences to our 3 daughters. It was a marvelous experience and the three people mentioned above each played a significant part in the metamorphosis of our ideas into something valuable, timely and tangible!
