They always responded back to my requests in a very timely manner (even over the Christmas holiday, which I wasn’t expecting, but appreciated).
I was glad the site allowed me to download pictures and my drawings, as ugly as they were.
I felt I was a very picky customer and I wasn’t sure how that would be received. I was very pleased how they handled my requests. It’s almost like I could feel a smile on their faces as I read their responses to each request. Σας ευχαριστώ!!
The real test was the final product, and I really like my rings!! The 3D design images were so helpful in seeing what the final product would look like and it matched perfectly. They combined a good mixture of technology with process and overlaid an artists ability to customize and create.
I would highly recommend Custommade to work with when designing your custom signet ring. If all the lead designers are like Jesse and Carolina, it should prove to be a nice experience.
