JingYing's design engineers use Rhino and JewelCAD to build the 3D model. For a square ring with a pavé layout, the CAD matrix must map out individual micro-prongs (bead settings) on a mathematically perfect grid. This ensures that the walls of the square remain perfectly parallel and that the metal mass is distributed evenly to prevent shrinkage during casting.

The CAD file is output to high-precision CNC machines to carve a crisp resin or wax prototype. A master sample is then vacuum-cast in 925 Sterlingsilber. This prototype stage allows you to check the comfort of the inner square radius, the straightness of the exterior walls, and how the pavé tracks wrap around the corners before mass production begins.

Sobald die Probe genehmigt ist, mass casting begins. Einmal abgekühlt, the raw 925 silver rings are passed to the setting benches. JingYing’s artisans use high-power microscopes to physically set the AAA-grade Cubic Zirconia stones into the pre-cast pavé seats. Hand-tightening each micro-prong ensures the stones are seated uniformly, maximizing light reflection along the square edges.

The fully set rings are polished to a mirror finish and sent to JingYing's in-house electroplating facility. Because raw silver tarnishes, they apply a multi-layer platinum-group finish (typically Rhodium). This thick, bright white barrier seals the silver, provides scratch resistance, and delivers the signature high-end "platinum look" without altering the ring's dimensions.
