Ultimately I am absolutely thrilled with the piece! There were some issues along the creation that I think largely were due to the pandemic and to the fact that while I am not a designer, I have had experience with customization and design and there was some confusion at times on both sides. The ring took much longer to create over all, despite having been offered the quicker more professional creation process, but the extra fee to it is at a great price! I think largely the reason why things took longer and had extra confusion are based on my messages, but I think something that may help people with my style of background is providing full 3d, all angle visuals of the rendered models and have different visions of the ring at different lightings while designing the rendering. I think it is also incredibly helpful early on to be as blatant and clear about the process between the 3D printing and the final jewel carving and creation. Sizing/measurements are very informative and helpful to people like me and the more information given about all data related to stones and settings is supremely helpful! Overall I was absolutely astounded by all the folks who are native to the Cambridge location, they were incredibly helpful and informative! I also ended up in great situations with all of the developers and agents and staff that worked on this project with me! The final design and product and support for everything was wonderful!
