I have so many good things to say about Custom Made. They were professional and courteous every step of the way. We made our engagement ring and both wedding bands through this company. My fiance began designing my engagement ring on his own, and then decided to be a bit more untraditional and include me in the design process. Even though this meant my ring was not a surprise, I am glad he did include me because we had so much fun designing the ring together. Every staff person we interacted with was so helpful, understanding and professional. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about buying expensive jewelry online from a retailer we had never seen or even heard of before. I had them send the wedding band alone first before committing to the other pieces. I had the jewelry appraised by multiple jewelry experts who said the ring was good quality. My fiance’s wedding band was the wrong size (it was the size we ordered, but it didn’t fit him) so we sent it back. They were so helpful in the process of remaking his ring. I love my rings. They mean a lot to me. The only negative thing I have noticed so far is the details in the 3-D sculpture work. The roses and angel designs we had included are more flat than I expected, and it is hard to tell what they are. Even though I am glad they are part of the ring, I am tired of other people asking me “what is that supposed to be?” Derfor, I was a bit disappointed in the price I paid since the details fell a little flat. Overall, I am optimistic that the quality will hold up throughout the years. I love all of our rings. They are very sentimental and mean a lot t o both of us. I would recommend Custom Made to others looking for a unique ring.
