I was very nervous and skeptical about buying an engagement set online. I had been shopping around looking for something that would fit my fiancé’s personality and came across Custom Made which sparked the idea of having something made because I wasn’t even exactly sure of the style I was looking for. When I began talking to the designer here ideas and sketches started to form and within a week of back and forth of very pleasant communication I had the best idea of what I was about to create. A dragon themed engagement ring with my personal choices of stones that have special meanings behind them. The process was actually pretty cool and I had someone walking me through every step of the way. Once the design was finally done it went off to production and the ring was made but wasn’t right the first time. But Custom Made’s excellent customer service kicked in and they actually remade the rings to make sure I was completely satisfied with what I was getting. Above and beyond that they certified all the stones to alleviate any doubt of Authenticity I had. Ultimately I paid more then I was expecting to but the set is truly one of a kind and built to last so it’s money well spent in my eyes.
