Extremely disappointed. Ordered a 16” chain and was not told it would be an adjustable length chain. Hence to wear it at the length I need, the name was not level hence not wearable.
I complained and was offered 30% refund and then further offered a 50% refund. This was kind. I went to a well established independent local jeweller for a new chain only to be told after testing the material that it definitely is not 925 فضي. I asked the seller who said I needed to trust them that is is STERLING silver. It is not. Do not trust the seller. Poor material and an adjustable chain meaning the name plate does not hang horizontally. POOR, AVOID
