“I received my bracelet on Nov. 30, 2018, and by today, (Dec.10, 2018), the bracelet broke. At first, I thought the clasp just got snag on something and came undone, but that wasn’t the case. The entire clasp broke right off the bracelet and along with it the clasp that holds it on for protection in case the one that slides into the compartment happens to release. I took it to a jeweler and he asked me where I purchased it and I told him. He explained to me that the “bracelet itself was fine but the clasp very cheaply designed and he showed me how easily it would bend with just his fingers. To get it fixed properly it would have cost as much as I paid for the bracelet. He was so nice and informative and said he didn’t want to fix it without telling me if it was him he would just return it. So disappointed because I also bought one for my grand-daughter’s Christmas and I am not sure if I should bother to give it to her.
