“Ek, too, was a little disappointed by the stone. The advertised one has such beautiful striations in it. Mine is a very pale blue, and when not in the light, looks more violet. And my stone has very few striations; it’s almost clear. I tried to take a picture, but it basically looks like whatever color is behind it. The stone is bigger than I expected, about 6/16″ long by 5/16″ wide. I have slender fingers, so I like smaller stones. But the setting is exactly as pictured, which I was worried about, because the other reviewer who took a picture of hers, the stone is framed in silver. So while the stone is not as pretty to me as the advertised one, and it’s bigger than I personally prefer, I give it 5 stars because the setting is as pictured, and does seem like good quality. (Also, when I ordered, it said it would take 6 weeks to get to me (from India).
