This experience was honestly perfect. I could not ask for a better experience or outcome. The whole thing from start to finish took about 6 months for me, mostly because I chose a quite pricey design and gem and it took me a while to pay off. However the staff were incredibly patient and continuously made suggestions to improve the design right up until the end. I asked for several tweaks to be made along the way and the staff were completely happy to oblige every at every step. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and personable. I have no complaints whatsoever with the end product or the process. Thank you so, so much. The ring is better than anything I had pictured.
